What is Scholarly Writing?
Many students who attended my writing workshops weren't sure what constituted scholarly writing.
It's very important that students understand the parameters around scholarly writing, which include:
- Aka Academic Writing
- Structured
- Written in essay form
- Presents an argument
- Substantiated by facts and/or research
